Stroll along Laugavegur, lined with boutiques and outdoor equipment shops, towards the sublime Hallgrímskirkja Cathedral before visiting the fascinating Reykjavík Art Museum.
If you have time, we recommend booking a pre-programme with us to discover a selection of Iceland's natural wonders before your cruise departs.

Reykjavik At sea - Greenland
Our crossing of the Greenland Sea to reach the world's largest island will be a time for you to... see+ relax and familiarise yourself with life and facilities on board.
Your expedition team will offer lectures on the adventure ahead, explaining the protocols for visiting wildlife habitats and how we respectfully interact with indigenous Arctic communities. The lectures will give you an insight into the incredible landscapes of the East Greenland National Park and the sumptuous fjords of Scoresby Sund, which you will soon be exploring.
If you fancy a workout, head to the fitness room for a workout with a view. Alternatively, try the sauna, laze in the hot tubs, feast in the onboard restaurants or find one of the ship's cosy corners to read a book with a hot drink. Do you love science? Take part in the exciting participatory science projects and make your own contribution to global research.
