When to go on a cruise to the Caribbean?
The most favorable time to plan your yacht cruise in the Caribbean is from December to April. This period is characterized by calm and constant winds (the trade winds), offering the best sailing conditions to fully enjoy your tourist experience. However, beware of sudden weather changes, as the captain and crew must be fully prepared for this eventuality, as the Caribbean has a tropical climate. For this reason, renting a yacht in the Caribbean is more suitable for experienced sailors. From May to July, the weather conditions are more unpredictable and therefore less reliable for safe navigation. Finally, from August to October, this region enters a hurricane season, which should be avoided at all costs.
