Located a few kilometers from the coast of Croatia, the port city of Herceg Novi is home to some vestiges of ancient civilizations that you can admire during a long walk through the city. But the most attractive beaches of Herceg Novi are undoubtedly those of Zanjic and Miriste. For pleasure boaters, it will be an excellent point of departure for reaching the Blue Grotto and the island of Mamula, where an old Austrian fortress stands.
