These coves are made up of charming pebble beaches and offer excellent scuba diving spots. Pay attention to the particularly clean and sparkling waters of Cap Negret beach. Formed by a gravel river, this semi-urban beach offers you a little session ofin its clear waters while enjoying the view of the steep sides of the imposing Peñón de Ifach that dominates the town of Calp. You can continue your cruise to the town of Calp. An interesting stopover for families who will be able to attend various cultural and traditional events that enliven the city throughout the year, such as the festival of the Three Wise Men, a much-anticipated carnival in January.
Continuing your trip along the coastline of Altea, you can reach other interesting beaches and coves such as the bay of La Solsida, located to the north of the town and protected by high, steep cliffs. You will reach the small cove of Soio, which offers a magnificent view of Pointe Bombarda.
Altea and its monuments
Another side of Altea can be seen in its lands protected by the Serra Bernia. Leave your sailboat in the port and take a short stroll through the town to discover its most beautiful tourist attractions. Its history will unfold before your eyes through its magnificent towers, such as the Bellaguarda tower dating from the 16th century, and the Bèrnia fort, built in the 16th century by the engineer Juan Bautista Antonelli and revealing Ottoman architecture.
