Yacht charter

Last updated on 8 April 2025

Javea, which is bathed by the Mediterranean and extends between the adjustments of course and speed of La Nao and San Antonio, is a charming Spanish seaside destination in the province of Alicante. Its reputation comes first and foremost from its magnificent beaches, cliffs and coves. But it is also famous for its cultural and historical treasures. Built around the elegant port of Arenal, the city is perfect for a yacht charter, an original and totally fascinating way to explore the surroundings.

If you're looking for sun and sand, you have a choice of a multitude of sites, from Playa Benisero to la Caleta, via Playa la Barraca, Playa la Granadella and Playa de Ambolo. If you're keen to take advantage of your stay to immerse yourself in the local history, you'll also be in your element. In the historic center, you will discover the ancient church Porta de la Mar, the fortress church of Sant Bertomeu, the chapel of Santa Anna, the Convent of the Augustinian Sisters and the famous Gothic houses.

In the Miradors district, don't miss Cala Blanca, Els Molins, Punta del Cap Negre and Sèquia de la Noria. The port district will open the doors of the modern church of Our Lady of Loreto and the fish market - Lonja del Pescado - to you. Finally, the yacht charter in Javea will give you the opportunity to explore a multitude of otherwise inaccessible coves.

A little paradise for hikers

Indeed, Jávea does not only shine through its historical heritage and its dream beaches. It is also a magnificent playground for hikers who will easily find some unmissable sailing itineraries in the surrounding area.

A breathtaking environment will unfold before your eyes, alternating between green forests, dizzying cliffs and secluded beaches. If the flora and fauna of the province of Alicante arouse your curiosity, follow the paths winding through the Montgó Natural Park. Mammals and reptiles will brighten up your long excursion into the heart of the park, where the masthead will be set by the exhilarating scent of rosemary, orchid and serrated lavender.

The most beautiful panoramas can be seen from Cap Prim. Located in Portixol Bay, the site offers a captivating view of Montgó, the rocks of Els Pallers and the jagged cliffs of Cap Negre. You can also reach the pretty Barraca cove from the Belvédère Croix de Portixol, which offers a pleasant view of the island of Portixol.

Dream beaches and water sports for everyone

Exploring the sandy coasts of the province of Alicante is also possible by taking advantage of the yacht charter services in Jávea. You will enjoy the pleasures of lazing on its beautiful beaches, coves and wild inlets offering excellent anchorages. Swimming and strolling will be much appreciated at Playa La Grava, located near the port. Playa del Arenal also promises pleasant walks by the sea with a breathtaking view of the Montgó massif.

Want to try snorkeling with the family? Head to Playa Segon Muntanyar at dawn and swim among the colorful fish as you enjoy the first rays of sunlight. Cala Blanca is the place to be if you are looking for a moment of peace and quiet.
