What documents are required in Croatia?

In Croatia, the regulations for yacht charter require:

Certifications (not required if you hire a professional skipper):
- A boat license. Please note: to rent a boat with a gross tonnage of over 30 tons (a catamaran over 45 feet or a Monohull over 60 feet), an offshore extension of the boat license is required.
- Very high frequency certificate (Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate or CRR): held by the skipper or a crew member;

Documents to complete:
- An up-to-date nautical resume with at least one experience as a skipper on a vessel comparable to the one you intend to rent
- A detailed crew list: first and last name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, passport number for each crew member...
