What does the hostess do?

Depending on the country, the hostess’s duties vary. Generally, the hostess cleans the boat and prepares two simple meals a day (breakfast and either lunch or dinner). You are responsible for providing the food itself (you can take provisions on board yourself, or you can opt for a full-board package if the charter company offers it).

In Spain, the hostess does not cook; she only cleans the boat.
