Can I change crews during my cruise?
Updated on: 26/05/2025Yes, youcan change your crew during your cruise, meaning you can drop off some crew members at certain points during the cruise and bring others on board. You must send us a list specifying the dates each crew member will be on board.
You must also list all crew members in the customer portal, under "My Confirmed Bookings" / "Fill in My Crew List"; this list is required by our rental partner to prepare your cruise. You must ensure that the requested bedding is sufficient for the number of people (extra: included orupon request).
You mayalso host one or more guests on the boat during the day; in thiscase, simply notify the staff at the base.
Please note: if the change takes place at the port of embarkation and you would like the charter company to perform a quick cleaning of the boat and change the sheets, you will need to select the "Crew Change" extra, which incurs a fee.
You must check with the charter company to confirm whether a crew change incurs an additional fee and if there are any specific conditions to consider. For example, it is important for some to know in advance the base where the change will take place (this may be the port of embarkation or another port along the route).
