How can I get the contact information for the local rental company?

Go to your Filovent customer portal, under "My Bookings" > "My Confirmed Bookings." Select the charter you're interested in, and click the "Contact Information and Practical Details" button. There you'll findthe facility's contact information, and very often a map showing how to get there. For any practical questions, we recommend contacting the facility staff.
