Do I have a cancellation period during which I can cancel my charter for free?
Updated on: 26/05/2025If you change your mind and no longer wish to go, or if you realize you entered the wrong dates, unfortunately, there is no cancellation period once the first payment has been made and Filovent has confirmed the charter with the property owner.
Generally speaking, French law provides for a 14-day cancellation period for the purchase of goods, but not for the booking of a service scheduled for a specific date, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. This applies in particular to all tourism and accommodation services.
