What should I do if I've lost my boat license or very high frequency (VHF) certificate?

If you have lost your boat license or very high frequency (VHF) certificate and need this document in the area where you plan to sail, you should contact the Departmental Directorate of Maritime Affairs in the location where you obtained the relevant certification. They should be able to provide you with a temporary replacement certificate within a few days. You will then need to upload a copy to your customer portal AND carry the original with you while sailing.
