When will my cruise booking be confirmed?

Your cruise booking is confirmed immediately after your deposit payment has been processed by our partner. The time between your payment and this confirmation averages 24 hours on business days and can range from a few minutes to just under a week. If you make this payment over the weekend, you can expect confirmation on Monday evening or Tuesday.

In fact, as soon as you’ve found the boat or Cabin cruise that’s perfect for your vacation, our advisors will hold it for you for a few days so you have time to make the deposit payment. Upon receipt of the deposit, we immediately contact the relevant partner to inform them of your booking. Their response serves as confirmation, and that is when you will receive an email confirming that your cruise is confirmed.

The deposit in question represents 40 to 50% of the total cost of your cruise. It must be paid before the balance (the remaining portion of the total amount) is due, 4 weeks before your cruise. However, if you are organizing your cruise at the last minute and your booking is made 2 months before your departure, the full amount—that is, 100% of your cruise—will be required (with no deposit or balance).
